Marc Hernandez 83e10dd444 Update Conn.cs, Resource.cs, and XmlFormatter2.cs
- Fix typos in method names: recieveObject -> receiveObject
- Initialize object in receiveObject method
- Add nullable enable directive to Resource.cs
- Remove unused exception variable in XmlFormatter2
